Nils Mindnich returns to the Mt. Baker Legendary Banked Slalom with his brother, Hans, and their dad, Karl. Now living in France and working for Salomon as a product designer in conjunction with his pro snowboard career, Nils reflects on the importance of community and place as the trio camps in the parking lot, rides powder, and competes in the iconic race.
