To snowboard or ski down the 13,490-foot peak is an incredible feat, and on April 14th of 2013, Davide Capozzi, Julien Herry, Francesco Civra and Luca Rolli found themselves staring down the absurdly steep faces of “Aig.” And they killed it.

Aiguille Blanche De Peuterey is, by most mountaineers’ standards, huge. This looming peak is located within the Mont Blanc massif in Italy, and is considered the most difficult independent 4,000-meter summit of the Alps. So to snowboard or ski down the 13,490-foot peak is an incredible feat, and on April 14th of 2013, Davide Capozzi, Julien Herry, Francesco Civra and Luca Rolli found themselves staring down the absurdly steep faces of “Aig.” And they killed it: the couloirs, ridges, and slopes these guys come down are nothing short of spectacular, with winter pow turns on top and spring corn snow in the valley.
