DVD videos // Volume 13 - ぱふぱふ 🍊 PAFU PAFU

Sometimes you don’t really know why you fall in love. It just happens.

This volume is a tribute for my favorite puffy jacket in some of my favorite Japanese terrain. The one I wore almost every single day this past season. On every trip, every cold morning, every late drive home. Not for style. Not for a statement. Just because it felt right, light, oversized, ridiculously fluffy. When you spend your winter moving from place to place, you get attached to small things. A jacket becomes a routine. A familiar weight on your shoulders. Something constant in between days.

ぱふぱふ - Pafu Pafu in Japanese, it simply means fluffy, puffy. The sound says it all. It’s also the first volume shot entirely on 16mm. An analog process I deeply respect and genuinely enjoy, slower, harder, more intentional, a little imperfect. Grain, texture, real light. No shortcuts.

Can't thanks Leo enough for their passion to shoot on film. This one is simple. A season, a jacket, some snow, captured the old way.
