Don’t count out the underdog. Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camp may not dominate the summer snowboard scene at Mt. Hood in the same way that High Cascade can, but the riders who frequent its terrain park know it’s still legit. Some would even go as far as to say it’s the bomb.
