Karlos Jeri
Karlos Jeri is a Peruvian-American photographer and cinematographer raised in southern Massachusetts. He grew up riding the small, icy slopes of Blue Hills. At 14, if you had asked him what he wanted to do with his life, he would’ve answered “snowboard.” Fourteen years later, nothing has changed. In 2020, he discovered his passion for photography and was immediately hooked. Today, that ability to change perspectives and relive memories has taken him across the globe, working with a range of snowsports brands, productions, and athletes. You can catch Karlos hiking rails at his local hill, shooting photos of his friends, or riding his bike. He can be found on Instagram @karlosjeri_.

Nils Mindnich
From hitchhiking around Stowe, VT, at 14 to get into the mountains, to sharing international podiums with snowboarding’s elite, Nils Mindnich has been a professional snowboarder and passionate outdoorsman for most of his life. Although he’s spent most of his career focused on filming video parts, Nils has also won the Mt. Baker Legendary Banked Slalom, was a Freeride World Tour Champion, and recently got 2nd at Natural Selection in 2024. Currently based in the French Alps, Nils is working as a snowboard designer with Salomon while also focusing on freeride contests and filming. Find him on Instagram @nils_mindnich.

Nicolas Teichrob
Nicolas Teichrob is an outdoor creative based in Ucluelet, BC, focusing on adventure photography and film. No stranger to longer missions and sharing honest stories, he and Dendrite Studios have produced award-winning films including STAND (2013), Jumbo Wild (2015), NUMINOUS (2017) and recently DIG (2025). He has won a variety of photography slideshow competitions over the years and established his visual career through magazines in the early years. Nicolas enjoys the challenge of storytelling through photography and carries that thoughtful approach into film. His creative ventures expand through all aspects of his life, crafting everything from surfboards to a house, and most of his time is spent exploring the BC coast, chasing moments of beauty and light throughout.

Julie Zell
Originally from Syracuse, NY, Julie Zell shifted a promising ski-racing career into a decade of pushing limits in big-mountain snowboarding. A three-time World Extreme “Queen of the Hill,” she made early first descents in Alaska and appeared in Teton Gravity Research’s first films, earning a peer-voted place in the TGR Hall of Fame in 2018. Years of navigating exposure, consequence and pressure shaped her instinct for decision-making and resilience. Julie now brings that psychological framework into Conscious Calibration, a coaching and consulting practice for people moving through transitions, uncertainty or pressure from high-stakes demands.
