Have you ever seen a snowboarder jump over a goat in Japan’s backcountry? If not, now’s your chance. In episode three of the second season of “The Book Of John J” web series, John Jackson heads across the Pacific to the Land of the Rising Sun in search of the deep. Joined by his brother, Eric, and their friend Fredi Kalbermatten, it turned out to be an all-time trip. Although, John did have a close call with a nasty slide following the big drop that helped set it off. Fortunately, he walked away in one piece to ride again another day.
